About the Founder
Thokchom Jimmy Devi is an emerging edupreneur who has an MBA degree in Human Resource (SMU), Bachelor's Degree in English Literature (DU), Certification in People Analytics and Digital HR (IIM-Indore), Certified Career Analyst and a Counselor (BCPA and ACCPH), Certified Corporate Soft Skill Trainer and Facilitator (SHRM, HRCI, CPD) and A Parenting Coach. She comes with a rich experience of more than a decade in both the corporate and non-corporate sectors. Her passion for enabling parents and their children on 21st Century Human Essential Skills has made her come up with the idea of establishing a platform to cater and solve many unattended issues of both with her research-based studies and proven framework. She is on a mission to spread awareness of counseling as she believes one right decision can make The Difference in our lives.
